Yes, lots of companies have lots of PP and 504 problems that they have overcome. It just takes longer as we have seen. FTRK, for example, botched a 504 badly and the stock got horribly manipulated from 75 cents to 20 cents, but finally ran up to over $1-3/8 not long ago. Just takes time for the base to get built up again. RDIM has a lot of potential, that we all know.
