American Enterprise Solutions Inc. Makes Announcement
TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 1999--American Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (AESI) has signed an agreement to purchase 770,000 shares of National Diagnostics Inc. (OTC EBB:NATD).
This purchase represented all the stock of the largest privately held shareholder group.
AESI also announced that it has reached an agreement to immediately purchase over ten million shares of Optimark Data Systems Inc. (OTC EBB:OPMK) (VSE:ODS - news). These purchases represent several large privately held shareholder blocks of stock.
Further, AESI has acquired Trinity Diagnostics Inc., a Tampa, Fla. fixed diagnostic center and Healthy Services of Jacksonville, Fla., a mobile osteoporosis scanning service firm. Both firms complement NATD services and will become part of NATD in its expanding role of delivering premiere diagnostic services.

Broes stated that they are positioning NATD to become a major provider of digital diagnostic services that will be able to be linked to all of its clients worldwide over AESI's Community Health Information Utility called ''CyberCareNet.Com.'' Broes went on to say that the purchase of large blocks of ODS stock is in keeping with its commitment to acquire all of ODS. The remaining shareholders will still receive AESI's tender offer to acquire their shares after AESI becomes public. AESI has been providing ODS with technology and other resources including the integration of Decision Support Systems' clinical pathways. This will allow the combined prestigious teaching institutions, hospitals and other clients to be ready for e-commerce on ODS' developing virtual private network (Internet/Intranet) and will allow it to provide top quality competitive e-commerce services globally.
