delighted to be part of any operation like this no matter how cheap a controlling interest was...I am interested to see if the right to buy 3 million extra shares is at the then market value, for which they will have to offer equivalent value, and, regulatory procedures at this level will demand an outright offer, so if they offer a derisory price it will be rejected, and they will be left with the requisite number of sgares to maintain a public listing which , do you see it yet....nasdaq!!!!
