Chris- Unfortunately, I bought in at 39 1/2 just a week ago. My broker (Smith Barney) still says its a good company. I based my decistion on their report on semicondutors, their reiterated buy recommendation and the companys solid earnings with <20 PE. Luckily, I didn't jump in to deep so I could buy more and average down. Just need to wait for a bounce I guess. TJD
