James, I would like to be that person, and I am confident that I can be that person - but only if the shareholders give me the chance. Over the next few weeks (right up to the shareholders' meeting on June 4th), I intend to communicate my strategic plan for Tracer, to anyone who will listen. This is a long-term plan to turn Tracer into a successful, major international petroleum development and production company. The first two steps under this plan are to (1) retain the NASDAQ listing through the consolidation, and (2) reposition the shareholders, and recapitalize the company through a rights offering. If the shareholders permit the company to do this, then good deals will start flowing into the company. Cheers, DRR
