Bill could you elaborate here? How is AOL not structured properly for the utilitiy business? And how are utilities debt service enterprises? I have heard this before but don't understand, I guess.

Also on the EMC thread you said storage is now central, the computer is peripheral and I tend to agree this is becoming increasingly true. where does this leave Dell Computer in your view.

I own AOL and T, EMC and Dell.

ANy thoughts?
