Henry,
I believe we were aware of the problems from the past. We were (at least I was) aware that Ray Steele refused to have anyone analyze his procedure but that was 3 years ago, we were aware that Ledoux concluded that their samples were contaminated(this was stated in a PR last year)
It is my personal belief that if anyone has concerns about the integrity of the "New" Naxos management, their outside consultants or their agendas, should sell their shares and move on to stocks that they DO believe in.
