Well if he was not guilty then there might be a very stong case against NASDAQ for delisting the company. I still think there is one now seeing the company first had the trading stopped by the SEC but after, I think 10 days, found nothing wrong and was allowed to trade again. That is when NASDAQ lowered the boom. According to the company they hvae met every requirement asked for by NASDAQ yes keep getting excuses. If you own stock here a letter to your senator might help. I wrote one and the SEC side stepped every question so I sent it back to my Senator and told him everything was side stepped. We shall see.
