no, but, as upset as I am about the website, I did get through on the phone. And, once through, I got exceptional service on the trade that I wanted. They "time-stamped" it, whatever that is. Some guy on my "team" named Ken. Across the board, I've also noticed a bit more of "the customer is correct" attitude of late?? Nah, must be my imagination. - g -
