I spoke to Michelle Davis today at Winstar. The company is not in a full quiet period as previously thought. The only thing they cannot talk about at this point is the financing deal. Any other news can be released. I asked if any execs have purchased or sold any stock lately. She told me that the answer was no although Steve Christ has exercised options.
