There will be no rollback! We have the votes to stop
this maneuver. You obviously don't care to listen to
what your stockholders are saying to you. You are too
arrogant.
Large amounts of stock have been bought since about last September. You make a deal for your cronies
to receive up to 7.5 million shares if an Iran deal is
done. You put in the proxy that you wish to have the
right in item 6 to issue as many shares over 20% as you need to make a deal. In other words you can change control of the company to whoever you wish rapidly. We will not tolerate this maneuvering to lose our stock while others gain more. Stockholders beware of the fine print of a rights offering. Can you guess who will end up with most of this stock through the underwriting?
We will keep telling you "NO MORE ROLLBACKS." You have heard it from many stockholders on the SI and the YAHOO. We are hearing it through many e-mails. Despite your smooth talk, there will be no rollback.
If you have 2 deals per day that you look at don't you think that in the next 2 months you can find a way to close at least one of the ones you looked at weeks or months ago? Of course that is not on your agenda. You want to threaten the stockholders with the NASDAQ listing or that you might leave. What have you done for us? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. You are all talk and no action. If you are any kind of real leader you will get a deal despite the defeat of the rollback. But there are some people that can never get their blinders off and listen to their stockholders. I sure don't hear alot of stockholders wanting the rollback. But you know better than anyone. You always do.
We must not only defeat the rollback but we must also defeat the idea of turning over stock to someone else without the stockholders voting. Hold these people accountable. That is what all good stockholders do with their boards. Vote NO and NO. Also tell your brokers that you want to vote your own proxy.
