Just to let you all know I haven't died...
9/30/96 Mr. Gordon still president of Phoenix, supposedly doing a wonderful job for the past 6 or 8 years, never of course making a profit for the shareholders, but doing a smashing job just the same. Well he was making money for himself anyway, actually more like printing it.
But here's the 64 dollar question;
Why was this activity shown below going on? If things were going so well at Phoenix at that time why was he building this separate business away from Phoenix? And then they say he voluntarily stepped down as president. Does someone think we all just fell off the pumpkin truck or sumptin? One things for sure, George Soros was never on a pumpkin truck. No doubt there'll be a very rational explanation... yeah right.
Love to get a certified written answer to the following; Mr. Gordon, are you presently, or have you been, directly or indirectly, over the last 12 months been engaged in any business activities outside of and unrelated to TSIG ?
From a TSIG 8K dated 9/30/96, yes... September 30th 1996! ITEM 1. Gordon was appointed as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director; Paul W. Henry was appointed Secretary, Treasurer and a Director; and Steve McLean was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director. Mr. Gordon, by virtue of the transaction, became a controlling shareholder of the Registrant.
