Ice Shark... are you serious? Both visa and probably your ATM withdrawals (if it has the visa logo and is a "check card") carry insurance against fraud, you just tell them what happened and you are not liable. It happened to a friend of mine, someone charged 7K in San Francisco in one day and she didn't notice the card was gone for another week. The wierd part was she left in in the bathroom where she works... hmmmm
