Arxa was bought out for 53% of the company at .20 cents per share, why is this a good thing?

When you take over controlling interest in this type of situation you don't put in a "market order" and wait for it to be executed. lol

Remember the share price was escalated by the recent speculative buying based on the rumors of the deal. 5 trading days back the stock was in the 30 cents range. For 53% of the stock in one buy to obtain controlling interest .20 probably isn't too far off the mark. The newly formed company will demand an entirely different share value with the new monetary commitments involved.
