Zeev, how rich is rich enough? $27MM is pretty damn rich and maybe there is a synergy that will help both Runyon's MXAM and IPM. I have before reduced the price on my house so that a person that wanted to buy on contingency could reduce the price on their house to move the deal along. Getting IPM moving helps all the dirts. Have you checked the appreciation for CHIP and MXAM today. Justified? Who knows, but the market is a reasonable judge. Forget the fundamentals, look at the tape. You so easily forget that it's not what something is worth, but only what others are willing to pay. What is nice is that all can play. To second guess my neighbors judgment on value is demeaning to them. Get out there and play!!
