Still it sounds like a bit of fiscal mismanagement with the options plan in the early days, hopefully they will get a handle on that going forward. I have two friends and a son-in-law there. One of the friends goes back to the first year. This company is unbelievably good to their employees. I cannot relate things with betraying confidences, or making remarks that would identify people. I was a Headhunter for 10 years, and kicked around corporate life before that, and they don't really understand how good they have it. Some of the things this company has done for them makes me shake my head in disbelief!
