Hi Steve -

Do you know why the reverse split is a contingency? And does anyone have any idea how many years are left on Spectrum's patents? It seems that these are the only real assets. It's hard to believe that the company could stay state-of-the-art on the production side.

I certainly hope that Peter Casserta is permanently removed from the picture. Casserta Group, another of his (or relative's) travesties, should have been enough.

Either Scully was not very sharp anymore or Casserta hid some things very well.
