right on. This might interest you, although a bit off subject. When I was doing my PhD I had to take about 16 hours of industrial psychology. I focused that part of my study on research around human factors in Org Development. Interesting stuff. I've never used it though. I found that the high paid consultants who go in to Industry to prescribe cures have an ace in the hole every time. Try it. Go into any kind of Organization and suggest that they should or could improve "communication." You will instantly find approval. If you hear someone complaining about their work ask them if they think there is a "communication problem." They will fall all over you, and think you are psychic.
