Why bother to register a bond which won't be sold?

These bonds convert at 39+ per sh. Someone must be expecting the stock to run to that in the near future. I bot more Mar 30 calls today at bargin basement price. My guess is the M2 will be announced at Cebit or biscuit or whatever. The big boys hold these bonds and they are still mad as hell about last year.
