David Robinson, We now believe that we have over 1,610,000 shares in our favor so far. I believe that you will not enjoy the meeting as much as you believe. The stockholders will get a fair deal out of this. There will be no rollback. There are alternatives for Tracer that we will discuss at the AGM after we see the outcome of all of the voting.
