What's the big deal? We all knew that they were going to use about $5mm of the PP. We also knew that they had to have as many shares ready as necessary for a price of 10 cents a share. Remember, guys, these are just issued, they're not suddenly going into the float. I'm, more interested in seeing how they spent the PP money.
