Yes. There is no reason for Steve Case to buy more shares if he does not think AOL will continue to go up. There are many reasons for insider to sell, but insider buying is generally bullish.

These same people who is rushing to the dogs in the DOW will come back to the tech soon. Dow is already at a record high, but the NAS barely moved this year.
