Hilt,

If you have "alternatives", why don't you tell us about them now? I am sure that everyone would like to hear them - I know that I would. Don't you think that it would in the best interests of the shareholders for them to know all of the "alternatives" as soon as possible, so that they can make an informed decision when they vote?
