'Dow is already at a record high, but the NAS barely moved this year.'

Grant it that Nasdaq is off it's year highs of 2677 (today at 2500), it's still a decent move from 2200 from Jan '99 and a very impressive move from the lows of 1357 from Oct '98.

Let's hope the investors rush back into tech the same way they did couple of weeks ago when AOL was pushed all the way down to today's levels only to rise back to 150's in the same week!
