Scott Black(Pres. of Delphi Management) making very bullish comments about the semi. industry on CNBC right know. Especially AMAT, TER, and KLAC as well as some of the smaller semis: ASTX and ElectroGlass One item that he mention Amat B-2-bill > 1.4 TRUE ??
