WGNR - Wegener - provides MPEG-II equipment (and mobile) to radio and TV stations, MPEG allows faster/more transmission. My actual technical break-point is on the way up at 12 1/8. Granted thats a 30% gain from 9, but if it breaks 12, the ceiling is wide open. Company has shown decent sales growth, earnings will follow.
