Ok ...I will take your word for it ... however, I have problem with a compnay selling its assets. Would have do some serious DD to see if it what you seem to think it is. Also is the sell as you state or they in financial trouble and need capital. There far more to selling an asset that just getting the cash. The way you are implying is the money is not due out and will remain in the account as ready resource money. SOme how I am skeptical of a company selling its assets. However I would look at the compnay buying said asset as a positive flag. JMO ... GB
