To all,

It is unfortunately that this type of behaviour on the part of Yorkton and so many other individuals in the brokerage business have been able to conduct themselves in this manner and feel it is acceptable.

But I regret to add that to a large degree we are all collectively responsible for this situation. Certainly there are a number of people which seek out to right the wrongs but most of us, (myself included at times) simply say 'well that's the way you play the game' We suffer apathy.

A clear example is the following, why oh why are those insanely slanted insider trading rules still law. And this response about incentive for insiders is ludicrous. Let them work hard and play by the exact same rules as the rest of us.

We get older and find it too difficult, too strenuous to rock the boat. I applaud the individuals that call the companies, complain, make fools out of themselves, and the rest of us should as well. For they are doing it for the rest of us.

Anyone have the number of Yorkton. Please post it here. Phone them, harrass them, demand answers to your questions.

Are they guilty? That question has about as much merit as the amount of integrity that the individuals at Yorkton have, which for those of you that call yourself brokers/analyst that is nill.

Regards
