Status on relisting: we're still waiting.

I sent the following message to Wave, to see if I could get any additional information on relisting:

Is there any statement that Wave Systems would be willing to make about the NASDAQ relisting? At the minimum, can we assume that the relisting request is still being considered by the NASDAQ Qualifications Panel? Is there any deadline for the Panel to respond to the request?

I got the following response - and permission to post it (thanks!):

We're as anxious as you are but the high level of new IPO listing activity is slowing down Nasdaq's review process. We just don't have a clear idea how many weeks or months longer it will take to get an answer. We do plan to promptly announce the result, however, when they make their decision.
