Technical damage in the Golds... Expect at least two more "black candles" to follow the big one today. As a matter of fact, it would be good for this market to test 65 basis on the .XAU. Could lead to good trading rally when the PPI & CPI numbers hit the street in about a week or two. But if bonds get to 6%, that's bad for Gold. Need LOW rates and TOO strong economy with a "whiff" of inflation in the air to really get Gold off its butt. If rates continue up, growth will be choked off and therefore no reason to buy metals or resources.
