Sam, I don't know how you figure this. Last I heard there were about 95M OS. If we take away the 26M RG has on hold for a loan that would still leave us about 70M OS.

Furthermore, it they are going to register another 2.5M dollars worth of stock at .10/share, we should expect to see another 25M shares added to the OS total by the transfer agent. Perhaps this will show up in the 10, perhaps not. By my count that would bring the OS to 120M, but perhaps that is too high, since we only have 113M authorized?

Perhaps someone can clarify these numbers.
