The bondholders will convert into these newly registered shares. But, my point being there is a VERY big difference between registering shares and issuing shares. The company will not issue the shares until the bondholders convert. I see no reason in the world for the bondholder to convert anytime soon, unless they want the ultimate risk/return. The bondholders will remain a debtor to the company until they feel TSIG is on its way up, then they will convert. I would much rather be a lienholder than a stockholder right now, But who knows what is around the corner.
