The case for more upside - Increasing awareness of MRVC and it's prospects - The bottom on GM has probably been seen - NetWorld + Interop this month - Boston, New York and San Francisco this month - Official China news from MRVC - possibly just confirmation of what we know, possibly more, possibly much more. - CommNet in Atlanta, June 6-8 - We are still undervalued as a Networker The case for sideways - We have already risen a ways - time for consolidation needed - Options expire in 2 weeks - The $65 million (but officially unsized) letters of intent may already be factored into the price. - MRVC management is VERY conservative - They may significantly underplay the China news The Case for Down - The market may already have overshot the news that is known - remember, WE know the new products look good, but the market will make them prove it. New products can be in Beta for a few months. - MRVC may NOT issue any China news at all - Q2 is still marginal IMO, still pressure on GMs, they have to shell out $1.5 million for the Foundry and $1.0 million for New Access equity options, plus possibly something for Charlotte's Web or HyperChannel as well. This could turn Q2 into another loss or break-even situation. - Still a lot of skepticism out there - and will be until MRVC hits $30+. Then (and maybe only then) will we get our full due. - Overall market conditions My guess? I agree with cmg. Stairstep pattern up over the next 18 months.
