Dwight & All,

with the annual meeting done, and no significant challenges to the merger, i would think that USRX would be trading closer to the 1.75 share of COMS. Currently, 35.5 of COMS x 1.75= 62.125. Is there that much doubt that the shareholder of either company will not approve it. I haven't heard too much from the COMS shareholders, do they like the deal, i would think they would.

Any and all thoughts would be appreciated.
