IMHO- ADOT must build,demonstrate and sell a flat panel display billboard. They must then build and sell another. Then their stock price will move.( alot, I think. Probably to around a dollar.) But untill then, 3 bagger or no, nothing is going to happen. nothing. back to lurking.
