Amen to that mike B... Since it IS a people market, the question is whether or not the Q can continue to attract the right people if they treat employees the way the infrastructure employees are being treated. It's not a legal issue. It's a growth issue. It's also a retention issue. I bet you that HR are busy deflecting H/S & ASIC division employees wanting clarification (and amendments) to their option grants. w.
