NC, Waterhouse LPO - Thanks for the info... I'm anxious to know if they'll give us (clients) preference... I'm way in the bottom of the food chain so I'll take even just 50 to 100 shares of this bad boy... and I'll even take a 2 year restricted stock if they'll give it to me. More of course would be so much better... I'll bet "the farm" if need be. :)) SF
