David,
1. Don't judge what is going on with NPEC by DR. M. All DR. has done is lose any credibility with the hype posted here the past few months. When you try to promote and back up what you say with fact and good DD then it is not hype, it is a conclusion arrived at by research. When you promote but refuse to give any substantiation then it is pure hype!
2. The run up we have experienced here of late is due to release of information by the company and solid work by Investor Relations.
Investor relations can be credited with about 80% of the volume in
my opinion. When IR was not promoting then were getting less than
1 mil shares a day volume. IR has been hard at work this past week and a half, the volume is proof of the pudding.

Conclusion, All of us owe a note of thanks to Dave DiRicco for his hard work. If the Company keeps up the momentum next week with the NR recently posted and followed up with a really super NR I would hypefully say that $.25+ is reachable by May 21, 1999 or before. We are hitting some big resistance here at a dime and will hit more around .12 and .13 and again around .20 from there I believe the MM's will get on board and we'll see .25. I'm probably going to miss the prediction by some amount or time and take some flack for hyping but hey didn't this week show us all what can happen!!!??? JWMS
