DAVID, Vivus has been "going it alone" so to speak since the beginning of this year and will continue to support the product but certainly under a tightly controlled budget. Do not be concerned that LW plans on shooting himself in the foot an 11th time(he has already blown off all his toes so you don't have to worry about it). As time passes the negotiating position of Vivus becomes more favorable. As far as the meeting goes......still undecided but I will discuss it with you tonight. Lots of questions to ask LW if we are to attend this meeting.
