I trade nearly everyday and have no problem with the service. Yes the phone lines can be busy, but I do my trades through WebBroker. I don't buy stocks I'm not willing to hold for a while so maybe daytraders who hold only for the day should look else where. No system is perfect. The IPO should do very well. Kelvin
