If HUM offers cash + shares and if it is identical to say all cash from OTEX, personally would prefer to go with HUM. On the other hand, if OTEX all cash deal is higher then HUM, then OTEX will obviously walk away with the company. $ 10 bucks is still low but I guess we will know soon enough.
