A few Bohemias or Modelo Negras as well I hope ... we didn't celebrate much even on the Sunday, my wife wasn't feeling well, but we would have eaten roughly the same, with lots of salsa. For some reason we're getting high quality and cheap tomatoes, chiles, and limes lately, so salsa mexicana has been a big part of the diet. Usually hard to get that stuff this early in the Great White North .... when the garden gets rolling, everything's fresh. We're already eating some cilantro from where it volunteered on a path, and some weird kind of onion named Egyptian Walking Onion, which started growing way before the last frost. You'd think they'd be more delicate, being from Egypt.
