What kind of crazy is this "Phantom Share" talk? Is it something like naked shorting - the MM's buying & selling neked? !!! Nah, couldn't be, could it? I thought I really goofed today; I bought yesterday at three, and put in my sell order at 4.50 late this afternoon. It didn't look like it was going to quite get there at 3:30, but I let it stand, and of course got filled - felt pretty good about it when I got my instantaneous "executed" message from my DLJMarketspeed. And within minutes of my sell, it shot up to 5. And I was reading that everyone is holding... thinkin', "what a fool I've been.... shoulda held... maybe I can get back in Mon before it takes off again..." But then again, reading of this "make believe" share trading... maybe I did the right thing. Would/could they halt trading if this is truly not supposed to be trading? Or will it have no effect and the stock gaps up big monday and runs to 9 or 10, and I'm sitting and just watching? Reading the threads make me feel that I'm the ONLY one that sold! Stay tuned!
