I have to Disagree with you... Ok you have Cable access and yes its fast... How many in your range are using the service???? As more start using it within your neighborhood the speed Decreases.... I sure wish I had the PC Magazine Issue that explains all this.... Example your area may have 400 people... If 20 people only signed up for it yes you get speed. However when the other 380 decide even if only 150 decide to subscribe , you will see your speed decrease... Prove me wrong ....
