Got my access codes today and have been trying to get this thing working well. I can hear the people that I call just fine but they can just barely hear me and then only intermittently. I'm on my second microphone and tweaking the settings but so far, no luck. I'll see how well the trouble shooting help goes and I will let you folks know how it turns out.
