Nope. No little onions on the tips. Probably we harvested them as green onions much too quickly, before the tips had a chance to mature. Anyway, for us they were a novelty item. I once grew those squashes that you eat like spaghetti? Horrible stuff, I thought. Another novelty item we tried to grow were those banana-like fruits from Michigan(?), I think. Again, horrible stuff. I've given up on those things and now (when I plant) grow mostly tomatoes and various kinds of peppers. I'm particularly fond of Gypsy peppers and banana peppers. Both are thin-walled types, used in salads and for frying purposes. Very delicate flavor. Not into the hotter types of peppers at all.
