Recently recieved a news letter promotion piece in the mail from something called "Dick Birch's Resource Stock Digest". The entire promo is a "special alert" on UBRT. It is listed in the Newsletter section on the site along with many others. Mr. Birch states "This is the ground floor of the first and only internet stock I have ever recommended". Well, so far, Mr. Birch's enthusiasm seems warrented. Next time I get something from him, I won't ignore it for two weeks like I did with this one. Seriously though, the concept they have is brilliant. I don't have the time or the typing speed to cover the content of the newsletter piece now, and this particular article is not covered in the sample copy of Dennis Birch's newsletter that is on-line at the URBT site. The phone # on the newsletter is 619/569/5610. Try calling for a copy. >Is the price increasing because its being promoted or do they have something?< Well, it's obviously being promoted. And it looks to me like they have something. BUT... it is an OTC stock and it's hard to find a lot of information on it. The chart is pretty awesome (have they had a down day?) BUT... how many shares are out? How many 144 shares are there? How many shares are held by insiders and are they locked-up? Dennis Birch thinks this company will be a monster BUT... who is Dennis Birch? What's his track record? This thing is like a stealth bomber. $2 to almost $10 in a heartbeat and my post is only the fourth one on the thread. Over on the TSIG thread, they have a 28 cent stock that gets about a million posts a day... go figure. I'd like a chance to do a little DD on this but it will probably be $50 by the time I've had a chance. You can go to the site and order their Investor Relations package. If I get a chance on Monday, I'll try to call the co. and see what kind of answers I can get regarding the share situation. This thing looks like either the stock of the year or the scam of the year... maybe we can find out which. Good luck, Dave P.S. Sorry for the long rambling post but this one has me confused.
