CBQI has 21M outstanding and all but 500K 2 year restriction as of Nov 1998. 240K + short position . See thread for short's extortion letter and reply between the shareholders. They are about to close on CITX to form a business 2 business protal e-commerce business. Auction site with anti-fraud software and anti spamming software. As soon as a big deal is completed this one is going to compete with EBAY.

Also they have acquired Priority One which has a fed number for Credit cards and checks. CitX just spun off the 50,000 doctors into intramed which is bring 10% to CBQ and Intrapay which has exclusive handling of the doctors receiveables. Intrapay is suppose to come into CBQ when it closes. That 10% of IntraMed can be distributed to the shareholders of CBQI and then that will allow Intramed to become public. Unapproved registration and a MM to make a 15c211. This is how shell were done a long time ago and it is cheaper.

Not only that but with the 2 year restricted and a 500K float they are going to have to forward split this puppy or do an underwriting. With the short's extortion letter I believe a forward split is coming. They have to get the float liquid to qualify for NASDAQ.

The thread has all the DD and what has been happening recently. Plus they have Reliance technologies and much more.

Now I do not want to influence your DD. But in your analysis make a comparison to EBAY. I think you will see the reason I am so pro on this stock. Just like XNIS when it hits ... look out.

:-)
