Thanks Lorne. I didn't think it would ever happen, but I really am pleased to be a citizen of a country that breaks its ties with the US in favor of joining with China. In fact, for a long time I was highly critical of the ANC's contemptuous attitude towards the US --- I am no longer. As I have mentioned on the thread previously, I am thoroughly disgusted with NATO's (esp US and UK) actions in the Balkans. In fact, and I hate to say this, I would be pleased to see China take some kind of retaliatory action for the bombing of its Embassy in Belgrade.
