Pre If DGIV ever gets around to filing financials with the SEC, we might have some hard numbers for these "contracts" -- the clock is ticking down, and if they don't file by the fall, they will be booted off the OTC BB. Maybe the $9500 they spent with the new promoter would have been better spent complying with the SEC paperwork requirements. Assuming of course that they even care about staying on the OTC BB... Post When DGIV files financials with the SEC, we will have some hard numbers for these "contracts" -- the clock is ticking, and when they file before the fall, they will still be on the OTC BB. Assuming of course that they even care about staying on the OTC BB... The $9500 they spent with the new promoter and the funds spent complying with the SEC paperwork requirements could vault them to the larger boards.
